– As with Once Pattaya, there are plans to offer a discount on Thailand Elite Visas.
Conclusion
Many new large condo projects are under construction in Pattaya, to be frank, I think there is an oversupply these days.
While there are many projects that make me question whether I would buy them personally.
Meanwhile the location of this project is irreplaceable, and depending on the price to be announced, I have the impression that this project is worth considering not only for your own residential use, but also as an asset management destination, just like The Base/The Edge in Central Pattaya.
The reason for this is that due to its great location, the second-hand sales price of The Base Central Pattaya, an 8-year-old building that is showing some signs of wear and tear, has not fallen and is still a seller’s market. I think this project will become similar one.
If you were to buy the lowest priced one-bedroom apartment and rent it out for a year, the going rate would be around B25,000/month. With common area fees of B2,800/month (B80 x 35m2), you would get roughly a 4.4% return.
The location is also suitable for short-term rentals, so you can expect a decent return in that case, and there may be quite a more buyers aiming to purchace for that.
I don’t think there will be a scramble like when The Edge Central Pattaya went on sale, but if you’re interested, I recommend you visit the pre-sales event.
